We also appreciate that many of you have taken precautions to control the spread of the virus and believe we too have a responsibility to our customers and employees to do the same. We have therefore implemented several policies and guidelines to limit contact, further enhance cleanliness and generally reduce the chance of exposure to our employees and the customers we serve. We are staying up to date with the latest guidance from the UK Government and WHO (The World Health Organisation), adjusting our policies and guidelines along with their advice.
