You have 2 working days to contact us about returning an item from the date you receive it.
Please call 01527 526301 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the order number and return query in your email and have these to hand before calling our support team.
For a product to be eligible for a return it must pass the following requirements:
- Completely unused
- In the same condition that it was received
- In the original, undamaged product packaging
Once you have confirmed a return with the team, package it securely in a box and return it to us with a note including the return reference and order number.
We will not be accepting any of the following products back for returns:
- PPE & Hygiene Supplies
- Partly used boxes
- Products with signs of usage
Once we have received your return, it will be inspected and if approved you will be contacted and a refund will be carried out for the agreed return.
If your return is disapproved and does not follow the requirements listed above, you will be contacted to arrange possible alternatives.
For goods that have nothing wrong with them and do not show sign of damage or fault, the customer is asked to pay a 10% restocking fee.
We are not responsible for shipping costs when returning your item unless we deem it necessary.
